Class will be held every weekday from 3:00-4:00 pm in the lap lane.  

There is no charge to participate - just jump in and get fit!

Yoga is back this summer!

There is no charge to participate - just show up with your mat and water 

Mondays and Wednesdays:

June: 5, 7, 12, 14, 19 & 21 at 5:00pm
June: 26, 28 July 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 & 26 at 9:00am
July: 31 Aug 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21 & 23 at 5:00pm
